The aim of the tool is to help HR managers better deal with day to day HR admin issues, freeing them up to spend more valuable time on people management. The software can manage things like annual leave management, payroll, clock in and clock out functions and generating gender pay gap reports.
The new software is called HR Buddy Manager and the company expects to roll this out to 2,000 companies in Ireland by the end of 2026.
